1. Features and Requirements
1.1 Product Features
HMS Student End allows students to enter their own accounts and passwords to immediately access make-up lessons and learning.
At any time, with a mobile device, students can learn anywhere, anytime.
Students can switch to full-screen mode to watch course videos, click the timeline to fast forward or rewind.
Depending on the learning speed, students can freely adjust fast-forward speed or slow motion.
1.2 Installation Environment
The HMS software requires the following:
- Installed and running on Microsoft Windows 10/11 64-bit operating system
- .NET Framework 4 or above
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 32/64-bit
1.3 System Requirements
The overall software performance may vary depending on hardware specifications.
The software can be installed and run on Microsoft Windows 10/11 64-bit operating systems.
Minimum system requirements for the student end:
1). Processor: Intel Core i3 9100 or higher
2). Memory: 8GB RAM
3). Hard Drive: SATA III 2TB (7200rpm)
4). Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10/11 64-bit
5). Network: Download speed 10Mbps
Recommended system requirements for the student end:
1). Processor: Intel Core i7 level
2). Memory: 16GB RAM
3). Hard Drive: SSD 256GB
4). Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10/11 64-bit
5). Network: Download speed 20Mbps or above for smooth playback at higher speeds.

Installation and Operation Interface
1.1 Windows Version Installation Process:
Please first download the HMS Student End software.
【Step 1】Unzip the HMSClient.zip file, enter the folder, and click the Setup(.exe) executable file.
【Step 2】Enter the HMS Server installation wizard and select Next to continue.
【Step 3】Read the license agreement, accept the terms by clicking “I agree”, then press Next to continue the installation.
【Step 4】Choose the installation folder, confirm, and click Next to continue.
【Step 5】Confirm the installation, and once complete, click Next to start the installation process.
【Step 6】After installation, click Close.
1.2 Windows Version Operation Interface
After launching the program, enter the HMS server address (please ask the cram school for the correct server address).
Enter the account and password (please ask the cram school for the correct account and password).
After logging in, you will see the list of available videos. If the cram school has issued an announcement, an announcement icon (red bell) will appear at the top right of the interface along with a sound alert.
Click the announcement icon to view the list of announcements.
Click the announcement to display detailed content. After reading, click Close to exit.
In the playlist interface, double-click the video you want to watch to play it.
The playback control bar at the bottom allows you to pause, replay, rewind, fast forward, adjust volume, mute, and go full screen.
