1.5 iCam PRO / iCam Pro Live Setup
When using Matrix to view or control the iCam PRO or iCam Pro Live cameras, it is recommended to set the second stream (Stream2) for Matrix to use, while reserving the first stream (Stream1) for recording via the SES system. If you prefer full-screen display with 1080p resolution, configure Matrix to use Stream1, but make sure your PC has enough processing power to avoid any lags or sync issues.
1.6 iCam Max / iCam PTZ / iCam 4K PTZ Setup
When using Matrix to view, listen, or control the PTZ features of these cameras, first configure the stage's default preset point and enable the tracking mode as needed. The ePTZ function will automatically disable the tracking mode when activated.

5. FAQ
Question 1: How many Matrix computers can view a single iCam/iCam PRO camera?
When SES/SES One is not in use, a single iCam/iCam PRO camera can be connected to two Matrix computers simultaneously. If SES/SES One is in use (whether recording or not), only one Matrix connection is allowed.
Question 2: Will Matrix affect the recording quality?
As long as the camera's connection limit is not exceeded (each iCam supports up to 2 connections), Matrix will not affect the recording quality.
Question 3: The serial number shows that the program version exceeds the update deadline and cannot be activated?
If you encounter this message during installation, please contact BlueEyes Technology's support team for assistance.
Question 4: How do I transfer the software serial number to another computer?
To transfer the software serial number, use the Unregister feature to deactivate the license on the current computer. This can be done by going to the program's menu bar -> About -> Unregister. Once completed, you can activate the same serial number on another computer.
