Hardware and Operating System Requirements
- This product is packaged software and does not include hardware. Hardware procurement is the responsibility of the distributor, authorized reseller, or customer.
- The overall performance of the system software may vary depending on the grade of the hardware.
- The software is compatible with Microsoft Windows 10/11 64-bit operating systems.
Recommended system specifications:

Installation
System Requirements
The software must be installed on a Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating system with Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.x pre-installed.
Installation Steps
Follow these steps to install the software:
- Open the SVR software installation folder and run the installation file
SVR_Setup.exe
. - Right-click
SVR_Setup.exe
and select "Run as Administrator." - Install the MPC-HC player.
- Choose installation components, use the default options, and click "Next" to proceed.
- Confirm additional tasks, then click "Next" to continue.
- Click "Install" to begin installing MPC-HC.
- After completing the MPC-HC installation, click "Finish."
- Begin installing the SVR software by clicking "Next."
- Select the installation directory (default:
C:\Program Files(x86)\BlueEyes Technology\SVR\
) and click "Next." - Confirm installation settings and click "Install."
- After installation, click "Close" to finish the setup process.
- Click "OK" to complete the installation procedure.
Launching the Program
Click "Start," navigate to the "All Programs" list, find the BlueEyes Technology folder, and launch the SVR software.
Serial Number Activation
Note: An internet connection is required for the initial activation of the serial number.
- Upon starting the software, a serial number input dialog will appear automatically.
- Enter the software serial number and click "Register." Then select "Online Activation" to complete the registration.
Note: If the software version exceeds the serial number update authorization period, an error message will indicate unsuccessful registration.
Serial Number Deregistration
To deregister the serial number, launch the software, click the "i" icon, and select "Deregister" to cancel the registration.
User Interface Overview
Recording Channel Status Homepage
The homepage displays the status and settings of each recording channel, including:
- Cameras actively recording.
- Cameras with normal connection status.
- Cameras with abnormal connection status.
Channel Settings
Click "Settings" to access the channel configuration screen. You can:
- Set the name, IP address, port number, model, username, password, recording file format, and storage path for recording devices, and configure the UL auto-upload feature.
- Schedule recordings in hourly intervals.
- Click a video to open its file folder.
- Click "Live" to view live camera footage.
- Click "Record" to start recording (manual recording is disabled if scheduled recording is enabled).
Playback
Use the "Playback" feature to view a list of available recordings:
- Select the channel and date for playback.
- View video details, access the recording folder, play the video, or export the video.
- Click "Folder" to open the recording file location.
- Click "Play" to play the video.
- Click "Export" to save a single recording file.
- Click "Export All" to export all videos from the selected date.
Logs
Access the "Logs" feature to view various types of system records, including:
- All Logs
- Connection Logs
- Recording Logs
- Live View Logs
- Deletion Logs
System Settings
Use the "System Settings" feature to configure:
- Reserved space for recording files.
- System administrator password.
- Automatic recording stop for manual recordings after crossing into the next day.
FAQs
Do recorded videos include audio?
Recorded videos support audio. You can select ASF or MKV formats, and a new file is automatically created every 30 minutes.
Why can’t I activate the serial number?
Serial numbers come with one year of software update authorization. If the software version exceeds this authorization period, the serial number will not work for activation. Contact us for assistance if this occurs.
How do I renew an expired serial number?
When the serial number expires, you can contact us to purchase a new authorization for continued software updates.
