1. Installation Guide
Product Features
The SVR software provides the following key features:

System Requirements
The SVR software must be installed on a Microsoft Windows 10/11 platform, and Microsoft .NET Framework 4.x must be pre-installed.
Installation Steps
- Open the SVR software installation folder and click on the SVR_Setup.exe installation file.
- Right-click SVR_Setup.exe and select “Run as administrator.”
- Install the MPC-HC player.
- Select the installation components, use the default options, and click "Next" to configure.
- Confirm the additional task settings, then click "Next."
- Click "Install" to start installing the MPC-HC player.
- Once the MPC-HC installation is complete, click "Finish."
- Start installing the SVR software by clicking "Next."
- Select the installation directory, the default is
C:\Program Files(x86)\BlueEyes Technology\SVR\
, then click "Next." - Confirm the installation settings and click "Install."
- Once installation is complete, click "Close."
- Click "OK" to finish the installation process.
Launching the Software
- Open the "Start" menu, go to the "All Programs" list, and find the SVR software shortcut under the BlueEyes Technology folder.
Serial Number Activation
Note: The first activation of the serial number requires an internet connection.
- After launching the software, a serial number input dialog box will automatically appear.
- Enter the software serial number and click "Register." Then select "Online Activation" to complete the serial number activation.
Note: If the software version exceeds the serial number update license period, a message will indicate that the serial number cannot be registered.
Serial Number Deregistration
- Launch the software, click the "i" icon, and select "Deregister" to cancel the serial number registration.
2. User Interface Guide
Recording Channel Status Homepage
The homepage displays the status and settings of each recording channel, including:
- Camera recording in progress.
- Camera connection is normal.
- Camera connection abnormal.
Channel Settings
Click "Settings" to enter the channel settings page, where you can configure the following:
- Set the name, IP address, port number, model, username, password, video file format, storage path, and UL auto-upload settings for the recording device.
- Set the recording schedule, with a time unit of hours.
- Click on a video to directly open the folder where the recorded files are stored.
- Click "Live" to view the camera's live feed.
- Click "Record" to start recording. (Manual recording cannot be controlled if the scheduled recording is enabled.)
Playback of Recordings
Click the "Playback" function to display a list of available recordings:
- Select the channel and date for playback.
- View video information, check the folder containing the recording, play the video, or export it.
- Click "Folder" to open the location where the recorded files are stored.
- Click "Play" to play the recorded video.
- Click "Export" to save the recorded file separately.
- Click "Export All" to export all videos recorded within the selected date range.
Logs
The "Logs" function allows you to view different types of system logs, including:
- All logs.
- Connection logs.
- Recording logs.
- Live feed logs.
- Deletion logs.
System Settings
The "System Settings" function allows you to configure the storage space for recorded files and set the system administrator password.
- When recording manually, the system will automatically stop the recording after crossing into a new day.
3. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Question 1: Does the recorded video include audio? Answer: Yes, the recorded video supports audio. The format can be chosen as ASF or MKV, and a new file is automatically generated every 30 minutes.
Question 2: Why can't I activate the serial number? Answer: The serial number includes one year of free software updates. If the software version exceeds the license period, the serial number will not activate that version. If you encounter this issue, please contact us for assistance.
Question 3: How do I purchase an expired serial number? Answer: Once the serial number's update license period has expired, you can contact us to purchase a new license for continuous updates and unlimited use.
