Software Installation
Pre-installation Preparation
Before installing the iFS software, please ensure that the following preparations are complete:
- Operating System Requirements: It is recommended to install the iFS software on Microsoft Windows 10 or 11. A fresh installation is preferred to minimize potential errors.
- Hard Disk Partitioning: Please partition your hard disk into C and D drives. The C drive should have at least 100GB for the system and software installation; the D drive is for video source storage, and the E drive is for video output storage.
- Folder Setup: Create folders D:\Video and E:\Convert, and ensure that D:\Video is set as a shared folder.
Installing iFS Software
Please follow the steps below to install the iFS software:
- Open the iFS installation directory.
- Right-click on iFS_Setup.exe and select "Run as administrator."
- In the security warning prompt, click "Run."
- Click "OK" to install the USB driver.
- Click "I Agree" to start the encoder installation.
- Click "Next" to confirm the installation directory.
- Click "Next" to confirm the shortcut directory.
- Click "Install" to confirm the installation options.
- Click "Close" to complete the encoder installation.
- Click "Run" to start installing the iFS main program.
- Click "Next" to begin the installation.
- Click "Next" to confirm the installation folder location.
- Click "Next" to confirm the language selection.
- Click "Next" to confirm the installation process.
- Click "Close" to complete the installation.
- Click "OK" to finish the installation.
- Open the C:\Program Files (x86)\BlueEyes Technology\iFS directory.
- Right-click on iFS_App.exe and select "Properties."
- In the compatibility tab, enable "Run this program as an administrator."
Serial Number Activation
Note: An internet connection is required for the initial activation of the serial number.
- After starting the program, the serial number input dialog will automatically pop up.
- Click "Register," enter your serial number, and then select "Online Activation" to complete the activation.
Note: If the software version exceeds the serial number update deadline, you will not be able to register that serial number.
Serial Number Deactivation
- Start the program, click the "i" icon, and select "Deactivation" to cancel the registration of that serial number.
Software Settings
Set the system parameters for the iFS software:
- System Settings: Configure source and output folders, tutoring center name, and logo, etc.
- Folder Settings: The source and output folders should be set to D:\Video and E:\Convert.
- Upload Settings: Enter relevant parameters, including IP, username, and password.
System Optimization
To ensure the normal operation of the iFS software, it is recommended to perform the following system optimizations:
- Disable disk defragmentation scheduling.
- Turn off the monitor to prevent the computer from entering sleep mode.
- Disable system protection features.
- Disable internet time server synchronization.
- Turn off UAC (User Account Control) settings.
Prerequisites
Before using iFS, please set up the relevant content in SES. In the SES settings module, select the "Upload" option, check "Enable iFS," and enter the relevant information. You can click "Connection Test" to confirm successful connection to the server, and once connected, click "Confirm."

The features include the following operations:
Cut and Merge
User Interface
The cut and merge interface consists of a function bar, video playback interface, video editing interface, and video output interface.
How to Use
Open Video
There are two methods to import video files:
- Click "Video" > "Open Video One" or "Open Video Two" to import.
- Click "Open Video" in the video information section to import.
Marking
Mark the video segments to be edited:
- In the video editing interface, use the "Start Mark" and "Cut Mark" to mark the editing segments.
- In the timeline segment editing, use "Start Mark" and "Cut Mark," or drag the editing segments directly in the timeline.
Output
Output the pre-edited segments, merging or cutting them into a new video:
- Single Video: Select the edited segments from the video, and click "Merge Segments" or "Cut Segments" to output.
- All Videos: Select all edited segments from the video, and click "Merge All Videos" or "Cut All Videos" to output.
Storyboard Editing
User Interface
The storyboard editing interface consists of a function bar, video playback interface, video editing interface, and video output interface.
How to Use
Open Video
- Click "Open Video 1," "Open Video 2," or "Open Video 3" to import the video.
- In the function bar, select "Video" > "Open Video" to open multiple video files at once.
Marking
Marking the video can be done by:
- Directly clicking on the video screen to mark; marked areas will display with a red box on the playback screen.
- In the editing screen, drag the pre-edited segments to mark.
Output
After selecting the pre-edited video files, click "Output" to save the videos, with the output directory being the original folder of the edited video.
Chapter Creation
User Interface
The chapter creation interface consists of a function bar, video playback interface, chapter creation interface, and video output interface.
How to Use
Open Video
Click "Open Video" in the status bar to import the video.
Marking
Choose the timestamps for chapter division in the video and click "Set Chapter" to divide into chapters.
Output
Once chapter editing is complete, click "Save Video" in the status bar to output the video as a new file.
MP4 Conversion
User Interface
After opening the MP4 conversion program, click to select the video for conversion and import the video.
Select Video
After importing the video, the interface will display the relevant information about the original video. Confirm it and click the conversion button below to start the conversion process.
Conversion
Once the conversion is finished, the program will report the time taken. Click the open button to open the video folder to play the converted video and confirm its integrity.
Video Conversion Function Description
YT MP4 Conversion Options
After completing video editing, the system will automatically generate an MP4 file optimized for YouTube, meeting the format requirements of the YouTube platform. This file will be processed according to the selected output settings.
Conversion Format Selection
YT MP4
The default output format generates an MP4 file fully compatible with the YouTube platform, suitable for direct upload to YouTube, in accordance with its specifications.
Custom MP4
Users can choose custom output settings, including resolution and video bitrate. Selectable resolutions include original resolution, 4K (3840x2160), 2K, 1080p, 720p, and qHD. The bitrate can be adjusted according to needs to achieve optimal video quality.
MP3
Convert the audio portion of the video into MP3 format. Users can customize the audio bitrate, ranging from 32 to 320 kbps, to meet different audio quality requirements.
When selecting the output format, please choose based on actual needs to ensure that the file format and quality meet the expected application scenarios.
System Hardware Status
Displays the hardware status of the system, including CPU usage, memory usage, and the usage status of source and output disk space.
System Backup Status
Displays the backup status of the system, including whether it has been backed up to the FL repository or LOL online learning platform.
System Real-time Status
Displays real-time status information of the system, including current system status and the health status of source and output disks.
Status Information
- Video Conversion: Displays detailed information about the currently converting video, including progress and remaining time.
- Video Upload: Displays the current upload progress and status of the video.
- Upload FTP: Displays the current video information being uploaded to the FTP server.
- Time and Control: Displays the current date and time, supporting selection of either 24-hour or 12-hour format.
Video Management
- Search Video: Search for videos based on date range, course name, teacher, and other criteria.
- Video Information: Displays detailed information about the video, including ID, course name, and teacher's name.
- Automatic Mixing: Click to automatically process video mixing.
- Manual Mixing: Open the montage storyboard editing function for manual video mixing.
System Settings
- System Settings: Displays the configuration information for the iFS system, including disk management, tutoring center name, and logo.
- Source Settings: Select the video source folder.
- Output Settings: Specify the directory for video output and configure the options for automatic mixing and uploading. Available mixing video formats include: MKV, YouTube-compatible MP4, and a combination of MKV and YouTube-compatible MP4 options.
- Repository Settings: Set upload parameters, including IP address, username, and password.
Log Management
Displays the iFS system logs and allows users to search by date and category to track operation history.
About Information
Displays the company's contact information and the version number of the iFS system for user inquiries and support.
